1. 복음서 : 성령 (요한16 : 12-15)
예수님은 제자들에게 말씀하셨다, "아
직도 나는 할 말이 많지만 지금은 너
희가 그 말을 알아 들을 수 없을 것이
다. 그러나 진리의 성령이 오시면 너
희를 이끌어 진리를 온전히 깨닫게
하여 주실 것이다. 그 분은 자기 생각
대로 말씀하시지 않고 들은 대로 일러
주실 것이며 앞으로 다가 올 일들도
알려 주실 것이다.
또 그분은 나에게서 들은 것을 너희에
게 전하여 나를 영광스럽게 하실 것이
다. 아버지께서 가지고 계신 것은 모두
다 나의 것이다. 그래서 성령께서 나에
게서 들은 것을 너희에게 알려 주시리
라고 내가 말했던 것이다."
Gospel : The Holy Spirit (John 16: 12-15)
Jesus said to his disciples, "I have
much more to tell you, but now it
would be too much for you to bear.
When, however, the Spirit comes,
who reveals the truth about God, he
will lead you into all the truth. He
will not speak on his own authority,
but he will speak of what he hears
and will tell you of things to come.
He will give me glory, because he
will take what I say and tell it to
you. All that my Father has is mine;
that is why I said that the Spirit will
take what I give him and tell it to
you."
2. 지금도 계시고 전에도 계셨으며 장차
오실 주 하느님께서 "나는 알파요 오
메가다" 하고 말씀하셨습니다.
(묵시 1 : 8)
"I am the first and the last," says
the Lord God Almighty, who is, who
was, and who is to come.
